fish is goood

Fish contains beneficial fats like omega-3 fatty acids, that significantly reduce heart disease and inhabit cancer cell growth. It supply minerals including iron, phosphorous, potassium and zinc.

besides that.. fish singing was fantastic.. i am refering to fish leong's concert yesterday.. u know.. awesome, awful, bewildering, breathtaking, confounding, extraordinary, fabulous, fantastic, implausible, phenomenal, prodigious, remarkable, unbelievable, unimaginable, wonderful, wondrous.

but the seat was a little disappointing..
